Good lawyers are problem solvers.  Hoff Law, LLC is focused on helping to resolve issues affecting small businesses.  Gene Hoff has developed a practice representing Minnesota sales representatives, as defined under the Minnesota Termination of Sales Representative Act (the “Act”).  Gene has negotiated, prepared and audited contracts related to Minnesota sales representatives for over 20 years.  He has represented Minnesota sales representatives who have been wrongfully terminated in violation of the Act.  Gene has successfully advocated before the Minnesota Legislature on three occasions, which resulted in greater statutory protection for Minnesota sales representatives under the Act.

As a small business owner himself, Gene understands the challenges of running an entrepreneurial business.  He enjoys working with his clients and fellow attorneys with the goal of reaching an equitable outcome for his clients.  Business owners have found Gene’s collaborative approach to be helpful and productive in reaching a resolution of a dispute.
